Rents run from Friday at 16:00 hrs to the following Friday at 10:00hrs. The standard rates quoted are for an occupancy of 5 to 8 people.
We offer reduced rates to couples, and, families of 3 - 4 occupying only the downstairs bedrooms. Long weekend and short weekday breaks may be available, typically out of season. Generally, these can only be confirmed 4 weeks prior to the weekend.
For larger parties of 9 to 12, there is a per person surcharge over the standard rate. The following link provides our current rates:

Please note that if you book the house directly through the offices of the VisitScotland then we pass on their 10% surcharge (this doesn’t apply to direct bookings).
