Who information is shared with
Personal information is shared only where reasonably necessary. The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form email is transmitted using SMTP2GO and received and managed using Google's Gmail service.
Information may also be shared with professional advisers, payment or accounting providers, or public authorities where necessary to operate the business, establish or defend legal rights, or comply with the law.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, SUILVEN relies on the provider's appropriate transfer arrangements, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, as applicable.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a good reason to retain them for longer or you ask for earlier deletion.
Client, supplier, contractual and financial records may normally be retained for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction ends, where needed for tax, accounting, legal or professional purposes. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security schedules of the relevant service providers.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information; object to certain uses; and receive information in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise a right, email hello@suilven.co.uk. SUILVEN may need to verify your identity before responding.
Complaints and changes
Please contact SUILVEN first if you have a concern so it can be addressed. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
This notice will be reviewed when the website, services or use of personal information changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
