These are website-use terms. They do not replace the proposal, statement of work or contract agreed for a client project; those separate terms take priority for that work.

The website provides general information about SUILVEN's work, approach, services and indicative costs. It is not professional advice and does not create a client relationship or commitment to undertake work.

Project descriptions explain the thinking and scope of selected work. Illustrative concepts are identified where appropriate. Prices, timescales and availability are indicative until confirmed in writing for a particular project.

Unless stated otherwise, the website's design, written content, branding, graphics and original project presentation belong to SUILVEN or are used with permission. Client names, brands and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the website and share links to its public pages. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, adapt or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without prior written permission.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access, complete accuracy and freedom from every technical error cannot be guaranteed. Content may be changed, removed or updated without notice.
